The tall defender Always dangerous on corners and free-kicks, typically, could serve as an alternative to Stones in defense as opposed to his partner. One wayward ball after the break nearly resulted in a goal from Albania. 6

The young full-back Another composed display by the rising star after his initial appearance versus Serbia. Saka did not capitalize on the opportunity from a gorgeous flick over their defense. The left-back spot is firmly his at this stage. 7

Jarrod Bowen Was presented with England’s top opening of the first half, his effort smartly stopped by Thomas Strakosha. With Quansah staying deep, he had to provide width on the right but his crosses from the touchline were hit and miss. Taken off late in the match. 6/10

Harry Kane The decisive figure netting 77th and 78th goals for his country. His first a classic opportunist's goal and his next an excellent finish with his head having drifted away from his marker. Aged 32, he’s only getting better and England are strong contenders in future competitions when he's in the team. 8

The attacker Struggled to get into the game out wide. Was presented with a decent opportunity following a pass from a teammate however Strakosha kept it out. Rashford made much more of effect after coming on. 5
